***ADDICTION***IMPERSONATION****

www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dm5Rqwboo

Although this video is very funny, He brings up some very valid points that people who are unsure if they are addicted to video games should think about. Is it possible to get addicted to video games like it is to be addicted to drugs or alcohol? Do you stay up late at night playing video games and for that your work or grades are suffering? Do you ignore your family when you are playing games? Wow!! That is bananas to actually believe that people get can be addicted to playing a game.

So to tackle this TWITTER, myspace, and facebook impersonating thing; I am a firm believer that peoples reputation and how others perceive them are very important. "I don't care what people think about me" -Is a bunch of bull. Your reputation is how you are perceived by others and if you have a bad "REP" and your employer, or potential friend, or whatever, may not want to be associated with you. I won't name him but what he did to impersonate Mr. Jenkins was terribly wrong and could have hurt his career if no one had done anything to tear the Twitter page down. Facebook is another place where people make fake pages often and I personally believe they should be prosecuted if they actually did damage and were un-remorseful. -I don't know, that fact that they'd even go as far as writing racial slurs, and says negative things is very much sticking to my brain and I am trying to wrap my hands around it and place myself in his shoes. -Honestly I think he was really going through something other than the fact that he got a negative 25 points out of 1,000.. Umm WOW. I missed two of the 25 point blog posts due to my personal reasons but never did think I'd 1. fail the class, 2. think the professor is a racist, or 3. EVEN think about doing anything negative to ANYONE like make a fake twitter account.

When he sent out the email about himself being innocent, I believed him and was like, "Hey they can't kick you out of school for an accusation with no evidence. If they do anything else to bother you, let me know, I'll put it in the newspaper and in the news." -Then the next day he says that he is sorry and he shouldn't have done it. Wooh.. people are so good at telling a story, and I am so good at believing.
