It is crazy to think that over 1 billion hours a month are being spent on video games! That is a lot of time people are "wasting."
I think if we were to give up one addiction, we would just automatically move onto another task that we would get addicted to. Our brains need stimulation somehow, and now days technology seems to be what "stimulates" us.
