Though the video of the “mind control” video game was posted in 2010, doesn’t mean that the technology is not there. When I found this video I was in total shock and awe at the man moving a car with his brand waves! As he said, you can play against others in a sort of reverse tug-o-war match and whoever’s mind is strongest at the time wins the game! It brings me to the thought is this too much power for a company to have? Do we believe this to be unethical?
I have seen plenty of sci-fi movies and channels to know how this could end up. What I once that to be a farce has shown itself to be a true. This brings the thought that the government can finally tap into all of our minds and controlling us to do as they wish. We would be like zombies and we would be used at their disposal! Who am I kidding…This could be the best gaming every! To be able to not hold a controller and your actions in the game would be real time!?! Sounds like a winner to me. I can’t wait until Sony or Xbox gets to this point where mind control is the new “in thing”.
Mind control video games sound cool, but it still makes you wonder how far technology can go. With multi-million members and a multi0billion dollar industry, the thought of the power that the first creator could have would be astronomical. No one man should have all that power, in fact, no power close to it ever.
